Yes. We prioritize awarding high school graduates based on their academic achievements, leadership qualities, artistic talents, and other abilities, rather than their financial need.
All applicants with citizenship from an African country.
1. Title each document with the following format: “First name – Name of the
Document”. For ex. “Jane Doe – Curriculum Vitae”.
2. Curriculum Vitae or Resume (please upload)
3. Proof of citizenship (national ID card or passport)
4. GCE Advanced “A” level results or the Equivalent.
- For Cameroonians – Applicants must have a minimum of 15 points at the
GCE “A” level. - For Citizens of other African countries – Applicants must submit the
equivalent of 15 points at the GCE “A” level.
5. Proof of admission to an Institution of higher learning (State University, Private
University, Vocational Training Institute).
- For Cameroonians – Proof of admission to one of the departments at a
State, Private or Vocational training Institute. - For Citizens of other African countries – Proof of admission to one of the
departments at a State, Private or Vocational training Institute in an
African country.
6. Personal Statement or brief essay (maximum 500 words) (please upload)

- What field of study have you chosen? Why have you decided to major in this field of study?
- How will this field of study help you attain your career goals?
- What unique qualities differentiate you from other applicants?
- What are your plans after you graduate?

A panel reviews all complete applications based on:
- Academic performance
- Quality of personal statement or brief essay
- Quality and layout of curriculum vitae
While academic performance is a plus, selections are not based solely on academic excellence.
No. TSENA applicants must be citizens of an African country.
- Full and partial tuition coverage
- One laptop at the beginning of the first academic year
- Three-year tuition guarantees contingent on maintaining the minimum GPA
requirement.
Successful applicants will be notified via email.
We are currently in the process of obtaining our licensure as a U.S based non-profit organization under section 501 (c)(3).

- Yes, contingent on the awardee maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.0 each academic year until graduation.
- At the end of each academic year, the awardee must submit a copy of that year’s transcript which reflects a minimum GPA of 3.0. Failure to meet the minimum GPA requirements for each academic year will result in the award being withdrawn for the subsequent academic year
